Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Packaging

Because our products are bottled liquids and creams, we take packaging seriously. Every item is sealed with anti-leakage gaskets and protective film, individually wrapped in bubble cushioning, and placed in a reinforced, waterproof carton with corner protection and internal buffer filling — so your skincare arrives in perfect condition, no matter the distance.

Shipping Times

Domestic: 4–7 business days after dispatch
International: 10–18 business days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance and local delivery schedules)

These are estimated timeframes. Occasional delays may occur due to severe weather, customs inspections, carrier backlogs, or other factors outside our control. Our team actively monitors shipments and will assist if any issues arise.

International Orders

All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by local regulations.
